Gregg's Plumbing & Heating Company History

Wendell W. Gregg had a vision!! Around 1960 Wendell installed his first plumbing and the business was born!

The business was first started in a small shop located on 3rd and Minnesota Avenue in Bemidji. The building that Wendell purchased was formerly known as the Williams Hardware store. He later purchased Kreles Mill on West 4th. street. He was later bought out by Elvin Burnham (son-in-law) in 1961. Elvin operated the business for a few years before expanding to the current location on 1815 Division street.

Needing more space, Elvie built a larger building at this location in 1978? By this time Elvie's son David was a teenager and began working at the shop.

David would later become the full owner Gregg's Plumbing in 2007. During this time Eric Roff, David's nephew, had been working at the shop while attending school and would go on to secure a full time position after graduation. Eric learned a lot of valuable knowledge from his Grand Father and Uncle during this time.

In 2015 Eric became the 4th generation owner of Gregg's Plumbing!

In 2019 Gregg's Plumbing & Heating aquired Erickson's Heating & Air Conditioning of Bemidji.
